Family Chiropractic provides wonderful service at an affordable price. We believe in the value of chiropractic care for you and your family and have maintained a pricing structure that allows care for all budgets. Insurance and HMO’s We are a participating provider in almost every HMO and will bill your insurance directly. You will be responsible for your copayment or deductible and obtaining a referral if it is required by your insurer. Most HMO’s cover chiropractic. Simply call your plan to find out what chiropractic coverage you have. Auto Accidents and Workers Compensation If you have suffered an injury in a car accident or at work you are covered for chiropractic care. We will bill your insurance company directly and work with your employer to insure your safe return to work. If you are working directly with an attorney we will cooperate fully with them and provide them with any necessary paperwork to expedite your claim. Self Pay If you have no insurance or do not have chiropractic benefits there is still a way for you to receive the care you need at a price you can afford. We have very reasonable rates and offer a discount on the initial examination. We offer fixed monthly payment options or discounts for payment of services in advance. We can tailor a program to fit your budget. Give us a call to discuss this option. You may pay for your services with cash or by check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
